Therapy may be long or short term, with some positive change happening relatively quickly, while other healing may take time. The length of therapy is something we will regularly review and discuss together.

You or your child may have a diagnosis - some of which are listed above. Some people find this to be a really helpful way to learn about their symptoms, research treatment options and seek advice and support. It is your right to have access to good quality information and resources. It is also your right to be thought of and treated as a whole person with many layers to your identity and experience. I aim to help people to discover new positive ways of thinking about themselves and their relationships.
